Welcome to The Full Xperience. By accessing our website, booking services, or renting equipment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. GENERAL AGREEMENT

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. These Terms apply to all rentals, services, and interactions with The Full Xperience.


2. BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS

  • All reservations are subject to availability.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment terms are agreed upon and confirmed by our team.

  • Final details (including delivery time, equipment, and services) must be confirmed prior to the event date.


3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • Pricing varies based on rental items, duration, services, and customization.

  • Final pricing will be outlined in your quote or invoice.

  • Full or partial payment may be required prior to delivery.

  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated during booking.

  • Late payments may result in cancellation or additional fees.


4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Cancellations must be made within the specified timeframe outlined in your agreement.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are issued at the discretion of The Full Xperience.

  • Weather-related cancellations may be subject to rescheduling policies.


5. DELIVERY, SETUP & PICKUP

  • Delivery and pickup times are scheduled within designated windows.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the setup area is safe, accessible, and ready.

  • Additional fees may apply for difficult access, delays, or extended rental times.

  • Customer must be present or provide access at the agreed delivery and pickup times.


6. USE OF EQUIPMENT

  • All equipment must be used safely and only for its intended purpose.

  • Adult supervision is required for all children’s activities.

  • Certain rentals (e.g., BB guns) are restricted to adults only.

  • Misuse of equipment may result in immediate termination of services without refund.


7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The customer agrees to:

  • Maintain proper supervision during use of equipment

  • Prevent damage, theft, or misuse

  • Follow all safety guidelines provided

  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations


8. DAMAGE, LOSS & CLEANING

  • Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items.

  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • Cleaning fees may apply if items are returned excessively dirty.

  • Repair or replacement costs will be charged as necessary.


9. WEATHER POLICY

  • Equipment should not be used in unsafe weather conditions (high winds, rain, lightning, etc.).

  • The Full Xperience reserves the right to cancel or suspend services due to safety concerns.

  • Rescheduling options may be offered based on availability.


10. LIABILITY LIMITATION

The Full Xperience is not liable for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from use or misuse of equipment

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, etc.)

  • Indirect or incidental damages related to services provided

Customers assume all risks associated with rental equipment and event activities.


11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Full Xperience, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.


12. PHOTO & MEDIA USE

We may use photos or videos from events for marketing and promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.


13. WEBSITE USE

  • All website content is the property of The Full Xperience.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

  • We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated information on the website.


14. CHANGES TO TERMS

The Full Xperience reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.


15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state or province in which services are provided.
